Halley isn’t your average Realtor – this Texan-turned-Wyomingite has thrived in the real estate business for over 15 years. Condos, multi-family, Airbnbs, sprawling ranches — she’s seen it all and knows how to navigate the toughest deals. When not closing deals, she’s out adventuring in the great outdoors with her family. Halley loves Cheyenne – it’s got that familiar Texas vibe, but with a side of mountain views and altitude upgrade.
BEN TREMBATH
Business Manager and REALTOR®
Ben isn’t your typical Realtor — he’s a Wyoming Air National Guard C-130 pilot, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and USAF Weapons School graduate who brings the same mission-planning precision to real estate that he brings to the flight deck. As co-founder of Rock Solid Properties, he built the entire operational backbone of the business — from the technology systems and lead pipelines to the property management infrastructure serving over 300 units across Cheyenne and Laramie County. Whether he’s helping a first-time buyer navigate the market or an investor build a portfolio near F.E. Warren AFB, Ben comes to every deal prepared, direct, and ready to execute. When he’s not closing transactions or flying missions, you’ll find him hunting, on the gun range, or out in the mountains — ideally in a 4×4 with his family along for the ride.
CALA HERDER
Property Coordinator
Cala served as the Executive Director with HUD for over 13 years, giving her many years of experience with detailed property inspections, maintenance management, and customer relations with both tenants and property owners. As the Property Coordinator for Rock Solid Properties, Cala manages all maintenance matters as well as income applications, capital improvement projects, and emergency issues that arise. She has been a part of the Rock Solid team for over 4 years.
CALEB STREYLE
REALTOR® and Sales Associate
Caleb brings a rare combination to the real estate world — a licensed Wyoming REALTOR® and a seasoned general contractor who actually knows what’s behind the walls. Born to build and trained to close, he sees every property through the eyes of someone who has put in the work himself. Whether he’s helping a first-time buyer find their footing in Cheyenne or turning a tenant relationship into a long-term investment strategy, Caleb approaches every deal with the same hands-on drive that built his career. When he’s not working deals, you’ll find him on a jobsite — because for Caleb, real estate isn’t just a profession, it’s a natural extension of who he is.
